Found a bug, missing a feature, or have a suggestion? Every submission lands directly with the team — the same flow you see under AccountSupportSend feedback.

  1. Open Interior IO and tap Account in the bottom navigation.
  2. Scroll to the Support section and tap Send feedback.
  3. Pick a type, choose the affected screen, describe what happened, and optionally add screenshots. Device details are sent automatically.

Bug Feature General
  • Affected screen — Select where in the app the issue or idea applies.
  • Description — Up to 4,000 characters; include steps to reproduce when reporting a bug.
  • Screenshots — Optional, up to four images.
  • Device info (auto) — Model and OS version are attached so we can reproduce issues faster.
