Does InteriorOS support GST?

Yes — every party (vendor, contractor, client) has a GST field on their profile. Projects also carry GST data. Transaction reports show party GST details for invoice generation.

Can I track vendor payments and balances?

Yes. Every party (vendor, contractor, client) has a running balance based on linked transactions. Open any party to see the live balance and the full transaction history.

How do I see profit margin per project?

Each project's Overview tab shows IN, OUT, BALANCE and live margin %. The studio dashboard rolls up these numbers across all projects so you see profitability in real-time, not at month-end.

Can my accountant view the data?

Yes — invite them with the Accountant role. They get access to finance only — transactions, parties, ledger and reports — but not to other studio operations like designs or attendance.

Does it replace Tally?

For project-level tracking, vendor balances and operational money management, yes. For statutory compliance filings (GSTR, TDS, ITR), Tally or your CA's software still handles those — but you can export InteriorOS data as PDF or CSV to feed those workflows.
