How do follow-up reminders work?
Set a follow-up date on any lead. If the date passes without a stage update or contact, the lead shows a red OVERDUE ribbon on the leads list and you get a push notification.
Can my whole team see leads?
Roles control visibility. Super Admin and Admin see everything. Manager sees and edits leads. Site Engineer / Supervisor / Accountant don't have CRM access by default. Clients never see CRM data.
